iPhone/iPod touch向け「ウイニングイレブン2010」配信開始
6月11日からスタートしたワールドカップも、一次リーグ最終戦を迎え各国ともシビアな戦いが続いている。そんななか、iPhone/iPod touch向けの「ウイイレ」の配信が始まった。

タッチコントロールと加速度センサーを活用した操作にも対応
KONAMIは、iPhone/iPod touth用サッカーゲーム「ウイニングイレブン2010」をアップルAppStoreにて配信開始した。
「ウイニングイレブン2010」は、同社のサッカーゲームシリーズ「ウイニングイレブン」の最新作で、プレイステーション 3/Xbox 360版が5月に発売されている。iPhone/iPod touch版では、従来の「ウイイレ」シリーズと同じようにプレーできる、バーチャルパッド＆ボタンによる操作に加え、加速度センサーとタッチコントロールで操作する方法にも対応。iPhonen/iPod touchならではのカンタン操作を実現している。
ゲームモードは、公式ライセンスを受ける「UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUEモード」のほか、リーグ戦を戦う「LEAGUEモード」、好きな対戦国と戦う「MATCH」モード」、ノックアウト式のカップ戦を戦う「CUPモードを用意。また、UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE参加クラブや日本代表などを含め、クラブ、代表合わせて200チームを収録されている。
