　3月3日の発売に向けて制作が進められていた「ワールドサッカーウイニングイレブン8 ライヴウエアエヴォリューション」の発売日が、3月24日に変更となった。本作はシリーズ初のネットワーク対戦を可能としているタイトル。

　あくまでも想像の範囲だが、それだけオンライン化に向けての作業が難航を極めているということだろうか？　とは言え、シリーズごとにファンを納得させるだけのクオリティーを誇ってきているタイトルだけに、延期は非常に残念ではあるが、スタッフが納得できるだけ作り込まれたうえで、発売を迎えてもらえればと思う。
