ライブドアは、世界的に有名なボードゲーム「Dungeons ＆ Dragons」をベースに作られたWindows用RPG「アイスウインド デイル II 日本語版」を3月11日に発売する。
「アイスウインド デイル II 日本語版」は、「Dungeons ＆ Dragons」（以下、「D＆D」）の第3版ルールを使用した純正統派ファンタジーRPGであり、「D＆D」の膨大で濃密なシナリオと、多数のサブクエストなどが盛り込まれている。
舞台は前作「Icewind Dale」から30年後となっているが、シナリオには直接の繋がりがないため、前作をプレイしたことのない人でも問題なくプレイすることが可能となっている。また、インターネットを利用して世界中のプレイヤーと最大6人で楽しむことができるとのこと。
