KONAMIは、マスターリーグ搭載のPSP用ソフト「ワールドサッカーウイニングイレブン10 ユビキタスエヴォリューション」（12月14日発売、税込み5229円）とネットワーク対戦機能を搭載したXbox 360用ソフト「ワールドサッカーウイニングイレブンX」（12月14日発売、税込み7329円）2作品の公式サイトにて、デジタルツール／スクリーンセイバーの配信を開始した。
ともにパッケージのイメージショットが採用されており、PSP版は中村俊輔選手が、Xbox 360版にはアドリアーノ選手の勇姿が拝める。
また、毎月豪華賞品が当たるウイニングイレブンキャンペーン「人生はサッカーだ。日常サッカー化宣言」において、ちょっとシュールなウイニングイレブンのCM「ボールキープ編」や「ドロー編」など20パターンほどがWeb限定で配信されている。また、簡単な質問にYESかNOで回答するだけで、自分のサッカーへのラブ度をはかることができる「LOVE SOCCER診断」も実施されている。プレゼントキャンペーンは3月末日まで。
