バトルフィールド1942最新作のゲーム大会開催！

　エレクトロニック・アーツは8月30，31日の2日間，Windows用「バトルフィールド1942 シークレット・ウェポン」のゲーム大会を，秋葉原のLaOXアソビットシティ6階にて開催する。

「バトルフィールド1942 シークレット・ウェポン」（8月28日発売）は，Windows用FPSの中でも人気の高い「バトルフィールド1942」の拡張キット。独軍・大戦末期の計画機「ホルテンHO299」や，米軍の戦車「シャーマンカリオペ」，名輸送機と呼ばれる「C47輸送機」，そしてドイツ軍の秘密兵器「ロケットパック」（！）など，第二次世界大戦時に実際に計画され，試作までされていた各軍の秘密兵器がゲームで使用できるようになるのだ。

　ゲーム大会は，両日とも13時，15時，17時の1日3回実施。ネットワークを使ったマルチプレイヤーモードによる個人戦が楽しめるぞ。

　上位入賞者には豪華賞品も用意されているとのこと。参加受付は各回とも30分前から受け付けられるので，ぜひこの機会にみんなで遊びに行こう！
