Xboxワールドコレクション第2弾が12月25日に登場

マイクロソフトは12月25日，Xboxゲームシリーズ「Xboxワールドコレクション」に，4タイトルを追加する。
「Xboxワールドコレクション」は，海外の人気タイトルをセレクトしてイチ早く発売するシリーズ。取扱説明書は日本語だが，ゲームの音声，字幕などはすべて英語となる。
第2弾のタイトルには，米国のテレビで人気となっている番組のゲーム版，ウェイクボードのゲームなど，話題作がズラリ。詳細は下記を確認しよう。価格は各4,800円。
■Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds
ジャンル：アクションアドベンチャー
プレイ人数：1〜4人
米国で長期にわたりテレビ放映されている人気番組のゲーム版。プレイヤーはBuffyを含む6人の中から好みのキャラクターを選び，多様な武器と150を超えるコンボによって吸血鬼やゾンビと戦うことになる。マルチプレイモードでは20を超える敵味方のキャラクターの使用が可能だ。
■The Simpsons Hit & Run
ジャンル：アクションアドベンチャー
プレイ人数：1〜4人
スプリングフィールドで起こる不思議な事件を，主人公のHomerが解決するアクションアドベンチャー。「The Simpsons」お気に入りのキャラクターになって，歩いたり，車に乗ったりしながら，ミッションをクリアしていこう。アニメと同じ脚本家が担当したミッションは全部で56。声もアニメと同じ，声優が演じているぞ。
■Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War

プレイヤーは極秘任務に従事する米国陸軍特殊部隊員B. J. Blazkowiczとなり，秘密工作・暗殺のスペシャリストとして，科学とオカルトを使うヒトラー親衛隊隊長Heinrich Himmlerの企てを阻止する冒険に出る。ステージは森や戦争で破壊された街，エジプトの村々や地下室などさまざま。同シナリオを2人で協力プレイすることもできる。また，Xbox Liveやシステムリンクを利用すれば，最大16人のマルチプレイも可能だ。
■Wakeboarding Unleashed featuring Shaun Murray
ジャンル：アクションスポーツ
プレイ人数：1〜2人
プロボーダーのShaun Murray氏をフィーチャーした超リアルなウェイクボードゲーム。轟音を上げながら高速走行するボートに引かれて，華麗なトリックを繰り出そう。ステージはパウエル湖や香港ハーバーなど，9つの魅惑的なステージが用意されているぞ。
