Xboxにマジック・ザ・ギャザリングのACT登場

マイクロソフトは，世界のゲームをいち早く体験できる「Xbox ワールドコレクション」（英語版・日本語解説書付き）に，新タイトルを追加する。発売は7月22日で価格は各4,800円。
今回追加されたのは，「Magic: The Gathering - Battlegrounds」「Voodoo Vince」「X2: Wolverine's Revenge」の3タイトル。
特に注目されるのは，世界的に人気のカードゲームがアクションになった「Magic: The Gathering - Battlegrounds」。カードゲーム特有のデュエルの要素や戦略性を，そのままタクティカルアクションとして楽しむことができる。
またXbox Liveに繋げれば，オンラインでの対戦も可能。近くに友だちがいない人も，Xboxですぐに対戦が楽しめるぞ。

■Magic: The Gathering - Battlegrounds

世界中に熱狂的なファンを持つカードゲーム「Magic: The Gathering」がアクションゲームに！ クエストモードで技を磨き，マルチプレイで腕を磨き，Xbox Liveで鍛え上げた腕を披露する……といった楽しみ方も可能だ。
■Voodoo Vince
（プレイ人数1人）
プレイヤーは主人公Vinceとなり，誘拐されてしまったマダムシャーメインを助ける冒険に出る。Vince唯一の攻撃方法は，自分の体のダメージを敵に向けて放つ不思議なパワー。あるときは金庫の下敷きになり，またあるときは巨大フォークをグサりと受けながら，敵を一掃していこう。
■X2: Wolverine's Revenge
（プレイ人数1人）
主人公・Wolverineが単独で戦うアクションアドベンチャーゲーム。米国で映画「X-Men 2」と同時に発売されたMarvel のコミックの世界を楽しめる。「正面から敵に立ち向かうのか？」「どこで能力を使って手がかりを見つけるか？ 」といった状況判断を重ねながら，ミッションを成功へと導いていこう。
ちなみに同作にはWolverine役でマーク・ハミル（スター・ウォーズなど），Professor X 役でパトリック・スチュワート（新スタートレックなど）などが声で出演している。
