オンライン機能および映像コンテンツ配信開始日決定――「グランツーリスモ 5 プロローグ」

SCEは、12月13日に発売されるPS3用オンラインカーライフシミュレーター「グランツーリスモ 5 プロローグ」における各種オンライン機能ならびに各種映像コンテンツの配信開始日を決定した。

　ソニー・コンピュータエンタテインメントジャパンは、12月13日発売のプレイステーション 3用オンラインカーライフシミュレーター「グランツーリスモ 5 プロローグ」における各種オンライン機能ならびに各種映像コンテンツの配信開始日を決定した。

　今回の配信開始日の決定に至る経緯については、制作上の都合としている。

• 「グランツーリスモ.TV」における無料映像コンテンツ配信：12月13日（木）
• 「マイページ」等におけるテキストニュース配信：12月13日（木）
• 「アーケード」モードの通信対戦機能：12月25日（火）昼頃予定
• 「タイムアタック｣モードのオンラインランキング機能：12月25日（火）昼頃予定
• 「グランツーリスモ.TV」における有料映像コンテンツ配信：2008年1月下旬以降随時

　なお、上記各機能の追加は、ブロードバンドネットワーク環境に接続したPS3でのオンラインアップデートにて行われる。また、映像コンテンツはブロードバンドネットワーク環境に接続したPS3に向けて配信されるとのこと。
