「GTA III」日本語版，PS2とWinで9月同時発売

　カプコンは，Windows版「Grand Theft Auto 3」日本語版発売の発売日を，プレイステーション2版と同じ9月25日に決定したことを明らかにした。価格は6,800円。

「Grand Theft Auto III」は，米国でGame Developers Choice Awardsでは2001年度のGame of the Yearなど，数々の賞を獲得しているアクションゲーム。巨大な暗黒街・リバティシティを舞台に，暗黒街のトップを目指して犯罪行為を繰り返す。

　2002年度の米GDCAでは最高栄誉のGame of the Yearを，英BAFTAではIntaractive部門賞を受賞する一方，暴力的ゲームとして多くの反響を呼んできた作品でもある「Grand Theft Auto 3」。いよいよ，9月，プレイステーション2とPCで日本に上陸する。
